Late Registration Fees

FEICA a.i.s.b.l. is registered in Spain under VAT nr. NIF N0172081B. If your company is not registered for VAT purposes in Spain, 18% Spanish VAT will be charged on our invoices.

Hotel Accommodation

The organizers have made room reservations at the Las Arenas Balneario Resort at a special conference rate. Please reserve the room no later than July 1st 2011 as the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited. The Las Arenas Balneario Resort is the appointed conference venue.

PLEASE NOTE:
The hotel is nearly fully booked. There is no guarantee, that the hotel rooms can be confirmed. The information whether the room can be confirmed or not, will be given within 48 hours after your request.

Room rates per room and day, including breakfast and tax.
 

Accommodation can be booked by credit card in order to guarantee the room. The payment of the hotel room will have to be done in the hotel at departure. To secure your accommodation, please fill out the form (.pdf) and fax it to: +49 2102 964829.

Cancellation:
All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to FEICA 2011 Registration Office: registration@feica-conferences.com. Cancellations received before July 1st 2011 are free of charge. After this date the hotel room has to be paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted until July 1st 2011 with a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this date. Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.
