Kjetil Sandermoen is an academic and management consultant. The former Principal Associate and Professional Director of the Adizes Institute, Kjetil is the founder and principal owner of the University of Fredericton, a Canadian degree-granting university. Sandermoen School of Business provides graduate programmes. Kjetil has facilitated major change programmes in companies globally, leading to vastly improved business performance, in 24 countries on 5 continents. Kjetil is an economist from Karlstad University, Sweden. He speaks the following languages: Norwegian, English, German, as well as Danish and Swedish. Kjetil is married and lives in Switzerland. He was born in 1956, has three children and is a citizen of Norway.
