In 1996 Luc Peeters graduated as PhD in polymer chemistry at the University of Antwerp on electrically conductive polymers. The following 3 years he studied at the University of Antwerp the thermal stability of oil-water emulsions for the hot rolling of aluminum.

In 2000 he became scientific assistant in the Belgian Army and set up a synthesis lab to make fingerprinting material for determination of war and nerve gasses. 

From 2001 till 2007 he was Research Chemist at DuPont de Nemours responsible for the development of resins for automotive coatings.

In 2007 he became R&D manager at Kaneka Belgium where he is responsible for the development of sealants and adhesives based on MS PolymerTM.
