Promoting innovation and competitive advantage can comply with local or EU regulations for sustainability or integrating bio-based and renewable raw materials for product developments. Additional challenges for packaging technologies are based on complex product requirements, e.g. reactive adhesive: PUR HM and its production processes. These requirements, including regulations can be translated into packaging technologies, such as an alternative packaging solution for PUR HM granules. This technology convinces by minimizing material and energy costs at the producer during packaging and achieving optimal material utilization, also reducing disposal costs.
By applying environmentally friendly film types, optimized packaging technologies, and more efficient production processes, we reduce the consumption of packaging materials, energy consumption, transport costs, etc. A new example of this is the packaging solution for the 2kg PUR HM hobbock, which not only enables higher and more precise production performances (e.g. 1.000 kg/h) but also more efficient application of packaging properties such as form-specifics, moisture-exclusion packaging, inline filling, and avoidance of angelhair.
These innovative solution examples are in line with EU-Sustainability-Goals and offer tangible business benefits. They enable more efficient use of resources and contribute to a more sustainable production.
