Dirka is the managing director of Vermee Packaging Technology, 2. Generation of the family-owned company. She is passionate about packaging pumpable products, innovation and partnership. Dirka gained her technical knowledge in the adhesive world by developing new packaging technologies for PSA hotmelt, PUR HM and 2-component products over the last 6 years. Before, she studied international management in Spain and the UK and used to work for consultancies and private equity.
