2024 Cohrs-Rahmoun Jana bio
Jana is the Executive Director Regulatory Affairs at FEICA and has worked at the association for almost 18 years. During this time, she has covered many Regulatory Affairs issues such as environmental legislation (including REACH, CLP and the EU Green Deal), as well as construction and food contact. Today, Jana coordinates and leads FEICA’s Regulatory Affairs team and its related advocacy activities. She also manages groups dedicated to food contact and the sustainability of packaging in a circular economy. Before starting her career at FEICA, Jana worked at the European Parliament and for the European Pharmaceutical Association.

Michael Frank is Chair of the FEICA Regulatory & Sustainability Board and a Member of the FEICA Board of Directors and Public Affairs Committee.
Michael works for 20+ years in the adhesive and sealant industry, covering both B2C and B2B market segments. During his time at Henkel, Michael has held positions in product development, technology management, marketing, and purchasing.
2024 Schmitt Peter Boris bio
Mr Peter Boris Schmitt is Chair of the FEICA Public Affairs Committee (PAC). The Public Affairs Committee anticipates and addresses adhesive and sealant industry-critical and high-level issues and is responsible for the coordination of all FEICA’s advocacy efforts. Peter Boris Schmitt is also a Member of the FEICA Board of Directors.
Peter Boris Schmitt joined Henkel in 2009 and is since 2015 Head of the Henkel EU Office, Public Affairs & Governmental Relations. He started his career as Deputy Head of Office, political advisor and parliamentary assistant to K.-H. Florenz MEP, and also as Administrator at the European Parliament, at the Secretariat of the Temporary Committee on Climate Change.

Ms Elizabeth Staab is Chair of the FEICA Sustainability & Recycling of Adhesives in Paper & Packaging Applications Task Force, a Member of the FEICA Public Affairs Committee and Elizabeth is also a FEICA Sustainability Expert.
At H.B. Fuller, Elizabeth leads the sustainable packaging product strategy for the Packaging segment and ensures that product and solution developments meet future sustainability and circular economy needs. She has 16 years of B2B marketing experience, has led regional and global teams and has a deep passion for sustainability.
2024 Suetens Kim bio
Ms Kim Suetens is Chair of the FEICA Mixture Assessment Task Force and Vice-Chair of the FEICA Substitution Planning and Polymers Task Forces. Kim is also a FEICA Sustainability Expert, a Member of the Chemical Legislation Working Group, the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability and the Poison Centres Task Forces.
At Soudal, Kim Suetens holds the position as Regulatory Affairs Manager. She joined Soudal in 2017 after having worked in the pharmaceutical sector. She has a great passion for human and environmental welfare, this made her achieve an MS in Bioscience Engineering with specialisation in Environmental Technology.

Martin Gloeckner is Member of the FEICA Regulatory & Sustainability Board, the Construction and Chemical Legislation Working Group, Vice-Chair of the PU restriction and OELs Task Force and Member of the Sealants, Polymers, Mixture Assessment and CSS (REACH and CLP) Task Forces.
Martin Gloeckner has 34 years of experience in the construction chemicals and sealants industry and joined Deutsche Bauchemie in 1995. As Executive Director Regulatory Affairs, he is responsible for topics such as European chemicals legislation, sustainability issues and the Construction Products Regulation.

Tina Teucher inspires with contributions on corporate success through sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable entrepreneurship. She publishes books and articles on green and social innovations, transformation, biodiversity, energy transition and communication. Tina is founder of Generation Restoration initiative for regenerative solutions. She is involved as a member of the extended board of B.A.U.M. e.V. (German network for sustainable business), on the supervisory board of Future Cooperative eG, on the advisory board of social-startups.de and on the jury of the sustainability label Green Brands. She is particularly fascinated by the holistic solutions of the regenerative economy (ecosystem restoration), circular economy (cradle to cradle, blue economy) and management approaches for sustainable leadership.
