Presentation Abstract

Combine performance & sustainability with polyamide-based rheology additives

As performance requirements constantly increase while reducing our environmental impact becomes the norm, adhesives & sealants systems have to adapt to these challenges. Bio-based polyamide-based rheology modifiers contributes to these needs and can provide both enhanced efficiency, ease of application without compromising on performance while relying on a bio-renewable feedstock.

In this presentation, the sustainability of polyamide-based rheology modifiers will be highlighted through their feedstock and latest development allowing reduced cycle time, lower energy consumption and enhanced performance at lower dosage in silyl terminated polymer based adhesives & sealants formulations where such additives become tools of prime interest in developing sustainable innovative solutions.
