Presentation Abstract

Towards more sustainability in Adhesives with UV-curing and low temperature curing solutions

For the world to change, we must change the materials we use. Thanks to its low energy consumption, high throughput and ambient process, the UV-curing technology is becoming more and more adopted by the industry. This applies also to Adhesives, as acrylates and methacrylates are particularly adapted to the needs of industrial adhesives. Low temperature cure 2K adhesives are also an efficient way to reduce energy consumption compared to conventional systems.

Discover Arkema’s Sartomer® specialty bio based solutions to further lower the carbon footprint of your end product. The versatility of the range enables the development of innovative systems for new energy applications such as batteries for Electrical Vehicles and for low temperature curing systems such as chemical anchors or anaerobic adhesives.
