Accommodation
The organisers have made reservations at the Grand Elysée Hotel Hamburg at special conference rates. We suggest you reserve your room as early as possible as the number of rooms available are limited. The Grand Elysée Hotel Hamburg is the appointed conference and expo venue.
Hotel rooms can be booked together with the conference registration.

Room Rates
Rates are:
- per room per night,
- including service charge and VAT,
- including breakfast and wireless internet access.
Room rates are only valid for arrivals from 12 September 2022 and departures until 17 September 2022. Outside this period rates may vary. Should you need a hotel room before or after the conference period, please contact the Conference Secretariat (registration@feica-conferences.com).
Payment of your Hotel Room
- You are responsible for the payment of the room upon your departure. The hotel may ask you for a credit card guarantee upon check-in.
Hotel Room Guarantee
- Hotel accommodation can only be booked with a credit card guarantee. To secure your accommodation, please fill out the hotel booking guarantee form and send it back to the Conference Secretariat (registration@feica-conferences.com).
- You will receive the hotel room guarantee form attached to your registration confirmation e-mail.
Hotel Room Confirmation
You will receive final confirmation of your accommodation after we have obtained confirmation from the hotel.
Room Cancellation
All room cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat: registration@feica-conferences.com. Cancellations received before 30 June 2022 are free of charge. After this date the hotel room has to be paid in full.
Cancellation due to COVID
You will be required to show a valid Covid Safe Ticket (Covid Pass, Pass Sanitaire,…) upon arrival at the event. If you must cancel your participation due to a COVID infection or quarantine, we will offer you the possibility to either change your registration to a colleague, extend your registration to a later event, or receive a full refund.
Should the event be postponed or cancelled due to COVID, we will offer you the possibility to choose between a full refund or the extension of your registration to the later scheduled date.
