The organisers have made reservations at the NH Conference Centre Hotel, Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands at special conference rates. We suggest you reserve your room as early as possible as the number of rooms available is limited. The NH Conference Centre is the appointed conference and expo venue.
Hotel rooms can be booked together with the conference registration.

Payment of your hotel room
- You are responsible for the payment of the room upon your departure. The hotel may ask you for a credit card guarantee upon check-in.
Hotel room guarantee
- Hotel accommodation can only be booked with a credit card guarantee. To secure your accommodation, please fill out the hotel booking guarantee form and send it back to the Conference Secretariat (registration@feica-conferences.com).
- You will receive the hotel room guarantee form attached to your registration confirmation e-mail.

Hotel Room Confirmation
You will receive final confirmation of your accommodation after we have obtained confirmation from the hotel.
Room Cancellation
All room cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat: registration@feica-conferences.com. Cancellations received before 30 June 2024 are free of charge. After this date the hotel room has to be paid in full.
