Martin Klatt is Member of the FEICA Regulatory & Sustainability Board and Public Affairs Committee, the Construction and Chemical Legislation Working Group, Member of the Polymers, REACH, DPP, CPR Acquis, SPM Restriction, Substitution planning and Supply Chain Communication SCC Task Forces.

Dr. Klatt, Executive Scientist for Regulatory Affairs at BASF, has worked at the company since 1995. He has led key regulatory and product stewardship roles, particularly in food contact and polymer safety. Dr. Klatt actively represents BASF in numerous industry associations and chairs several working groups, including ALIPA, EPDLA, and CEFIC. He was one of the founders of the initiative of CEPI and ECPG to align on an internet-based questionnaire for information transfer along the value chain.
