FEICA 2025 Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions for attendees in FEICA events

These Terms and Conditions apply to each attendee registered for a FEICA event. Any person, delegate, private accompanying person, student, media representative, speaker, or exhibitor who is present at the conference is considered an attendee.

Registration Fees

All attendees must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue. Participants are also advised to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the conference just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival. Note that the Conference/EXPO badge is personal, non-transferable and must always be worn clearly visible at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your registration
  • Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to registration@feica-conferences.com. Cancellations are accepted until 30 June 2025 with a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference.
  • Failure to cancel the participation will result in 100% payment being charged.
  • It is possible to replace the participant on condition that the details of the replacement are sent by 30 June 2025. in writing to registration@feica-conferences.com.

Hotel Booking

For this year’s Conference & EXPO, it won’t be possible to book rooms through the Conference Secretariat. Please book your room directly with the hotel of your choice. More Information at this page.

Privacy Policy

The information you have provided will only be used to complete your registration, to keep you informed about the conference and for statistical purposes on an aggregated basis – no personally identifiable information will be disclosed or shared with a third party.

By registering you agree that your name, company name, job title and country will be published in the conference participants list.

Notice of filming and photography

When you enter a FEICA event, you enter an area where photography, interviews, audio recording, computer images, and video recording (hereafter called ‘the material’) may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent that the material may be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by FEICA and its affiliates and representatives. The material may be used to promote similar FEICA events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of FEICA. You release FEICA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of the material.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose. You also waive any right to inspect or
approve the material taken by FEICA or the person or entity designated to do so by FEICA. FEICA holds the copy right of the material.

If you do not wish to be filmed, photographed or interviewed, please refrain from entering the FEICA event and inform the organiser before you finalise your registration for the event.

Liability

FEICA reserves the right to amend any part of the conference and EXPO programme if necessary at any time. FEICA will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by attendees, including any loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. Attendees should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
