Master Class
Regulatory Change Management

For years, EU policy has been driving a cycle of change, and change has in turn given rise to new policies – change has essentially become continuous. This Master Class will examine the substantial business impact of new EU regulations and the rapid progress of ‘green’ technologies.  The class will also provide strategies on how an organisation can successfully navigate through such levels of change.

The session addresses both executives and professionals. It will explore the effects of changes across all layers and functions of an organisation, from manufacturing and operations to product stewardship, R&D and sales. Featuring insights and best practices from FEICA members and industry experts, the Master Class aims to create awareness of the unprecedented speed of change and to offer change management strategies that can help organisations respond. This is an essential opportunity for leaders and professionals to hear how they can avoid blind spots and connect and drive change within their organisations to successfully navigate this dynamic environment.

Input is sought by means of a survey prior to the event to tailor the content to the audience’s challenges and priorities.
